Ingredients: 2 cup Oat flour; 1 cup Xylitol; 3 unit(s) Egg; 2 unit(s) Carrot; 1/3 cup Olive oil; 1 dessert spoon Yeast; 1 unit(s) Chocolate 70%; 200 g Sour cream

Massa

No liquidificador adicionar a cenoura picada o azeite e os ovos.
Bata tudo até se obter uma mistura homogênea.
Em uma vasilha adicionar a farinha de aveia o xilitol e o fermento, misture bem. Em seguida adicionar a mistura do liquidificador com os ingredientes secos,  misture tudo levemente até se obter uma massa homogênea.

Unte uma forma com azeite e farinha de aveia. Despeje a massa na forma e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180° por 30 minutos ou até que enviar o palito saia limpo.

Pasta

In the blender add the chopped carrots, the oil and the eggs.
Whisk everything until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In a bowl add the oat flour, xylitol and yeast, mix well. Then add the blender mixture with the dry ingredients, mix everything lightly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Grease a mold with oil and oatmeal. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Calda

Derreta o chocolate em banho maria ou no microondas, acrescente o creme de leite e mistura bem.

Jogue a calda de chocolate por cima do bolo já assado. 


Syrup

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, add the cream and mix well.

Pour the chocolate syrup over the already baked cake.
