- Chocolate blend (milk + semisweet)200 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- egg whites2 unit(s)
- Semi-skimmed or skimmed milk powder2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Water100 ml
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl;
- Separate 2 egg whites in another bowl;
- Melt the blended chocolate in the microwave for 1.5 minutes;
- In a blender, combine the 2 eggs, the 2 egg whites, the melted chocolate, the powdered milk, the butter and 100 to 150 ml of water. Beat everything;
- Grease a pudding mold with butter and pour the batter into it;
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°C. It's ready when you stick a fork and it doesn't come out wet.
