  • Ingredients

  • Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
  • Medium rolled oats1 cup
  • Rice flakes1/2 cup
  • Dulce de leche4 tablespoon
  • Sliced banana to taste
  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until creamy.
  2. Add the oats and rice flakes and mix well until you can make balls (if necessary add more oats but make it creamy ok)
  3. Grease a mold with a little butter and oat bran
  4. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
  5. Flatten the balls in the shape of pies with the edges no longer (with your hands)
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes
  7. Wait for it to cool down and unmold it carefully.
  8. Place the dulce de leche filling
  9. Place the sliced bananas on top and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon.
  10. If you prefer, take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes and serve chilled.
  11. Store in fridge 😉
