- Oat Flour2 cup
- Very ripe bananas (dwarf or cockatiel)4 unit(s)
- Olive oil60 ml
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt (pinch)1 to taste
- Cocoa powder4 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Chestnut to taste
- Raisins to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them well with a fork until they become a puree.
- Add the eggs and mix well. Put the sugar and salt. Mix.
- Add the oil and stir again.
- Gradually mix in the oat flour until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Add the cocoa and then the yeast and mix slowly.
- Add the chestnuts and raisins and mix into the dough.
- Put it in a greased shape and take it to the oven for about 45 minutes.
