Apple Gala4 unit(s)
Ripe dwarf banana3 unit(s)
Egg4 unit(s)
Coconut oil1 cup
Oat bran2 cup
Xylitol Sweetener1 cup
Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Start by cutting 2 apples into thin slices.
Soak in filtered water and a little lemon and set aside (slices to decorate your cake)
Peel the other 2 apples and cut into small squares.
Peel the bananas and place in a blender along with the eggs, coconut oil and apple peels and blend well until smooth.
In a bowl, add the oat bran, xylitol sweetener and ground cinnamon.
Place the whipped dough together with the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
Add the apples cut into squares and stir gently.
Finally, add the baking powder and stir.
Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with a little butter and oat bran.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
Take the cake to the form and decorate with the apple slices.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
