  • sugar5 tablespoon
  • Heavy cream6 teaspoon
  • gems3 unit(s)
  • sifted wheat flour (add if you see you need too much)1 cup
  • yeast1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Essence to taste
  • semisweet chocolate for dipping100 g
  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until it forms a white cream.
  2. Add the Heavy cream and egg yolks*, beating.
  3. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and beat a little more with a mixer, adding the vanilla.
  4. Place the dough in a pastry bag and, with a large fluted tip, pipe cookies onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in low oven until golden. Allow to cool and remove from the pan
  6. bathing in melted chocolate afterwards.
