Noble semisweet chocolate200 g
Chopped chocolate200 g
Chocolate powder 50%200 g

With the whipped cream and condensed milk chilled, take the mixer until the point is firm.
Turn off the mixer and add the chocolate powder, mix with a spatula so as not to make a mess and turn the mixer back on at minimum speed.
Melt the noble chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds until you see that the chocolate is melted.
Add the melted chocolate to the mixer mixture and beat a little more and you will see that you have formed a delicious cream, you can now use it like this.
Put the chopped chocolate and mix it with a spatula, it's ready!
