- 2 1/2 cups of sugar400 g
- 6 cups of all-purpose flour600 g
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt3 g
- 1 3/4 cup oil350 ml
- 2 cups of milk400 ml
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder28 g
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles200 g
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar10 g
- 1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
- 1 cup cocoa or cocoa powder90 g
- 1 cup sour cream200 g
- In a bowl place the sugar, eggs and beat very well until you get a fluffy and light cream.
- Add the milk, flour, oil, salt, vanilla sugar and beat again until smooth.
- Add the chocolate sprinkles, baking powder and mix gently just to combine.
- Grease a large rectangular shape with butter or margarine, place all the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 55 minutes.
- For the topping, in a pan put the cream, cocoa powder, condensed milk and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove the cake from the oven, pour the syrup, decorate with chocolate sprinkles and serve.
