Whole or Skimmed Milk Powder11/2 cup
Demerara sugar or xylitol1/2 cup
Hot water1/2 cup

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes.
Then put it in a container and take it to the fridge until it's consistent. (around 4 hours).
