- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Gem2 unit(s)
- Caster sugar1/2 cup
- Start by mixing the condensed milk with the butter, the coconut and the egg yolks (sifted so they don't smell like eggs).
- Take to the low fire, always stirring until it's firm (brigadier point).
- Put it in an untadi dish, spread it out well and take it to the fridge.
- Soften the plums with your fingertips, leaving them rounded.
- Divide the coconut candy into 30 portions and, with slightly wet hands, roll each portion into an oval shape. Roll in refined sugar.
- Join the plum with the coconut jam, rolling it slightly until it forms an oval shape.
- Place in paper cups
