  • Dried Shredded Coconut100 g
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Gem2 unit(s)
  • Caster sugar1/2 cup
  1. Start by mixing the condensed milk with the butter, the coconut and the egg yolks (sifted so they don't smell like eggs).
  2. Take to the low fire, always stirring until it's firm (brigadier point).
  3. Put it in an untadi dish, spread it out well and take it to the fridge.
  4. Soften the plums with your fingertips, leaving them rounded.
  5. Divide the coconut candy into 30 portions and, with slightly wet hands, roll each portion into an oval shape. Roll in refined sugar.
  6. Join the plum with the coconut jam, rolling it slightly until it forms an oval shape.
  7. Place in paper cups
