- Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- In a large pot, mix the rice with 1 liter of cold water and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and let it cook until it is tender.
- Add the milk, stir well and cook for about 10 minutes or until it thickens.
- Serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
