Easy Strawberry Panna Cotta

  • Sugar2/3 cup
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Colorless gelatin powder envelope1 unit(s)
  • Compote: Strawberries in pieces200 g
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • lemon juice2 tablespoon
  1. Bring the cream to a boil over medium heat until well heated, but do not let it boil. Off the heat, add the sugar, vanilla, gelatin, mixing well.
  2. Distribute in individual cups or molds (100 ml capacity) greased with oil and passed in cold water and refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).
  3. Unmold onto dessert plates and serve with spoonfuls of strawberry compote.
  4. Jam:
  5. Cook the strawberry with the lemon juice and sugar, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the fruit has softened without falling apart. Let cool completely.
  6. Attention: This recipe requires about 4 hours to set.
