- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Nesquik4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- In a pan, place the ingredients and on low heat, stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and is at the point of brigadeiro.
- Transfer to a container and cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge to cool down (about 2 hours)
- Note: The longer it stays in the fridge, the creamier the dough gets.
- Make balls and roll in icing sugar, granulated sugar or powdered milk to decorate.
