- Sour cream200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Paçoca6 unit(s)
- In a pan put the ingredients and break the paçoca well. Mix all ingredients well.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stir until it starts to boil, then lower the heat.
- Stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan and curl up.
- Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours to cool completely.
- Roll up and pass in crushed paçocas to decorate.
