- Wheat flour3 cup
- Milk200 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- In a large bowl, place all the ingredients and mix well.
- Then, with the mother, sip the dough for about 15 minutes until it's very smooth. The point is when it no longer sticks to the hand.
- In a flat place, put some wheat flour and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
- Open to about a finger's width. With the help of two cutters or cups of different sizes, cut the dough into a donut shape.
- After making it with all the dough, let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Then fry in hot oil until golden.
- Allow to cool and dip half of the donuts in melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
