  • Milk for the filling500 ml
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Shredded Coconut (I prefer coconut flakes)100 g
  • Milk to moisten the dough400 ml
  1. Pasta: Beat the eggs, milk, oil and sugar in a blender or mixer (as you prefer). Add the sifted flour and chocolate and beat for another 1 minute. Add the yeast and stir gently with a spatula. Pour the dough into a medium shape greased with butter and chocolate. I used a removable background shape, but the common one is also possible. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 45 minutes. Check if it's baked by sticking a toothpick in the dough when it's finishing the oven time. Let it cool and cut the dough in half or make two recipes. Prestige stuffing: In a pan add condensed milk, cream and grated coconut. Before turning on the stove, dissolve the cornstarch in 500ml of milk and add it to the other ingredients. Stir constantly until the bottom of the pan starts to appear. Turn off the heat and let cool. Reserve an amount to use as icing on the cake, I used about a cup of prestige tea. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge or freezer to firm up (about 1 hour in the freezer).
  2. Moisten half of the dough with a heated mixture of milk, sugar and grated coconut.
  3. Add the stuffing to the already moistened dough. Cover with the other half of the dough.
  4. Add the prestige filling that was reserved to be used in the topping back into the pan. Add milk little by little to soften the filling and bring to a low heat. Stir until you reach the desired point.
  5. Cover the cake with the prestige frosting and decorate as you prefer. Tip: break a prestige into pieces to decorate and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
