- Powdered milk3 cup
- Water2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon
- In a pan, melt the sugar over low heat, without stirring, until it forms a golden syrup.
- Spread this syrup into a 24 cm diameter hole in the middle.
- For the pudding, beat the sugar, powdered milk, water, eggs and cornstarch in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into the caramelized mold and place in a preheated medium oven in a bain-marie, covered with aluminum foil, for 40 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, take it to the fridge for 2 hours before unmolding and serving.
