Easy passion fruit mousse with ganache

  • Box of Condensed Milk1 unit(s)
  • Box of lactose-free or regular milk cream2 unit(s)
  • Fresh Passion Fruit Juice3 unit(s)
  • Dark chocolate250 g
  1. In a blender, add a box of condensed milk, a box of heavy cream and a juice made with 3 to 5 passion fruit. Blend in a blender for five minutes or until the consistency changes.
  2. Place in a refractory and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  3. After 4 hours, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring for 30 to 30 seconds. After melting the chocolate, add a little of the cream and mix until you get a consistent syrup.
  4. Finally, add the chocolate little by little on top of the passion fruit mousse. Leave another 20 minutes in the fridge and serve it!
