  • 2 packets of cornstarch biscuits2 unit(s)
  • Paçocas10 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  1. In a pan, add the margarine, pour all the condensed milk and crumble the paçoquinhas inside. Mix and bring to a low heat.
  2. Stir constantly until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well until smooth. Reserve.
  3. Dip the cookies in the milk, one by one, quickly so they don't get soaked.
  4. Place a layer of biscuit in the bottom of a medium serving dish.
  5. Then make a layer with the paçoquinha filling. Continue alternating until you finish with the stuffing on top.
  6. To finish, decorate the pavé with paçoquinha on top. Then put it in the fridge and leave it for 3 hours before serving.
