Whole milk3 cup
Powdered milk10 tablespoon
Sugar10 tablespoon
Egg3 unit(s)
Hot water (syrup)1/2 cup
Sugar (syrup)1 cup

The first step is to prepare the syrup.
In a pan, melt the sugar completely, add the hot water and stir until the lumps of sugar melt and you get a smooth syrup.
Transfer this syrup to a roasting pan with a central scoop and set aside.
For the pudding, just beat the milk, powdered milk, sugar and eggs in a blender until everything is smooth.
Place this mixture in the reserved baking dish and bake in a bain-marie for about 50 minutes or until firm.
Take to the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
