O primeiro passo é fazer a calda em uma panela coloque o açúcar e deixe derreter bem.

Acrescente a água quente e mexa até derreter todos os torrões de açúcar.

Add the hot water and stir until all the sugar lumps have melted.

Coloque essa calda em uma assadeira com furo central e reserve.

Para o pudim e só adicionar todos os ingredientes nos liquidificador e bater por aproximadamente 5 minutos, coloque essa mistura na assadeira reservada e leve para assar em banho Maria por 50 minutos.
