coloca o açúcar aos poucos com a batedeira ligada por uns 10 minuto com ela no máximo.

Em outra vasilha hidratar a gelatina com a água 

In another bowl, hydrate the gelatin with the water.

Depois mistura nas claras batida e coloca em uma forma untada com com óleo e açúcar

Then mix in the beaten whites and put it in a greased shape with oil and sugar.

Quando esfriar é só cortar os cubinho passar no açúcar e se servir

When it cools down, just cut the cubes, pass the sugar and serve.
