- Medium Ripe Mangoes2 unit(s)
- liquid milk1 cup
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice (optional)1 unit(s)
- Blend the mangoes in a blender with the milk.
- Pass through a sieve to remove lint.
- In a mixer add the beaten mango, condensed milk, cream and lemon juice (it's optional, but balances the sweet, it's delicious)
- Just put it in the freezer and that's it!
