Ingredients
Recipe

Flour2 cup
Margarine7 tablespoon
Cold water5 tablespoon
Pinch of salt1 to taste
lemon3 unit(s)
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)

Mix the flour with the butter
Add the spoons of water little by little until you find the point that lets go of your hand.
Add salt and knead the dough on a bench.
Put the dough in a shape and press until it spreads. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes
Then bake at 180° until golden.
let it cool completely
Make a mousse for the filling
Add the condensed milk and the cream to the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and as soon as it thickens, turn it off.
Fill the pie and add lemon zest to taste and put it to freeze for 30 min.
