Sugar (Dough)2 tablespoon
Margarine (Dough)4 tablespoon
Egg (dough)1 unit(s)
Lemon juice (filling)5 unit(s)
Condensed milk (filling)2 can(s)
Sour cream (filling)2 can(s)
Whipped cream-box (topping)1 unit(s)
Lemon zest (to garnish) to taste

In a vase, put all the ingredients of the dough and mix until you release the fingers.
Open this dough in a roast of your choice and take it to bake until golden. Reserve.
For the filling, in the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice and beat until it mixes very well.
After the dough is already baked and cold, pour this stuffing into the dough and spread it out.
Beat the whipped cream until it's very firm and cover the pie.
Decorate with lemon zest and take to the fridge until serving.
