- Wheat Flour (Dough)2 cup
- Sugar (Dough)2 tablespoon
- Margarine (Dough)4 tablespoon
- Egg (dough)1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice (filling)5 unit(s)
- Condensed milk (filling)2 can(s)
- Sour cream (filling)2 can(s)
- Whipped cream-box (topping)1 unit(s)
- Lemon zest (to garnish) to taste
- In a vase, put all the ingredients of the dough and mix until you release the fingers.
- Open this dough in a roast of your choice and take it to bake until golden. Reserve.
- For the filling, in the blender, place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice and beat until it mixes very well.
- After the dough is already baked and cold, pour this stuffing into the dough and spread it out.
- Beat the whipped cream until it's very firm and cover the pie.
- Decorate with lemon zest and take to the fridge until serving.
