Lemon juice1 unit(s)
Lemon zest2 tablespoon
Lemon juice50 ml
Condensed Milk1 unit(s)
Sour cream2 tablespoon

In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, oil, sugar and the juice of 1 lemon. It hits well.
Then transfer to a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour mix and finally mix the chemical yeast. Mix well.
Pour in a greased and inferinhada shape, take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
For frosting: In a bowl add the condensed milk, cream and 50 ml of lemon juice, mix and freeze until the cake is ready.
Cake ready, just wait for it to cool a little and add the icing and finally the lemon zest to decorate.
