- 1. Add the flour, 100 grams of sugar and the yeast and mix well.2. Add the milk, oil and egg.3. Continue kneading as if it were a homemade bread for about 5 minutes, the consistency of the dough is like a homemade bread.4. Add the milk little by little: if you think the dough is too hard, add a little more milk; the dough should not stick to your hands.5. Make a ball and let the dough rest on the table covered with plastic for it to grow; it should double in volume.6. Approximately 1 hour later, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Make a tablet with the coconut, sugar, margarine and condensed milk, spread over the open dough, roll up like a roulade and cut pieces 2 fingers thick. Let rise for another hour and then bake in the oven until golden brown.
