- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil1 to taste
- Sugar100 g
- Cut stale bread into thick slices
- In a refractory put the milk
- In another refractory put the whole eggs and stir well.
- Dip the slices quickly in the milk and then in the eggs.
- Tip: Don't let the buns absorb too much liquid.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the bread
- Fry on both sides until golden
- In a plate put the sugar and add the breads passing by all sides
