  1. Prepare DrOetker gelatin as instructed and add 2 tablespoons of sugar to boiling water.
  2. After diluting the gelatin well, place it in the blender and beat together with the cream for approximately 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into glasses and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
