warm milk1 cup
Cornmeal1 cup
Wheat1 cup
Baking powder1 dessert spoon

Place all the ingredients in the blender, beat until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Pour into a greased and floured mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 35 minutes.
