- Soybean oil1/2 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine for greasing to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Drain the corn and use the can for measuring.
- Grease a mold with margarine and sugar
- Pre heat the oven
- Place the drained corn, sugar, milk, eggs, oil and flakes in a blender and blend until the corn is finely ground.
- Add the baking powder and put the blender on pulse function. Press 3 times
- Pour the dough into the greased shape, and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until you notice that the cake is golden.
