Ingredients
Recipe

Egg1 unit(s)
Plain yogurt2 tablespoon
Dulce de leche2 tablespoon
Almond flour2 tablespoon
Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
Baking Powder1 teaspoon
Chopped Strawberries to taste
Green Grapes to taste

Place the egg in a large mug or bowl and beat with a fork until frothy.
Add natural yogurt, almond flour, sugar and mix well until smooth.
Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
Carefully remove from the microwave and wait for it to cool.
Unmold and cut in half
Place the dulce de leche filling and green grapes cut in half
Close the cupcake and cover with more dulce de leche and chopped strawberries on top.
Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
Serve then 😋🎄🎅
