Coloque o leite o açúcar do chocolate e uma colher de liga neutra no liquidificador e bata bem ,depois coloque para congelar até endurecer cerca de uma hora mais ou menos .

Put the milk, chocolate sugar and a neutral alloy spoon in the blender and hit it well, then put it to freeze until it hardens about an hour or so.

Depois bata na batedeira com uma colher de emulsificante bata até dobrar o volume leve ao congelador por 2 horas e pronto .

Then hit the mixer with a spoon of emulsifier hit until double the volume, put in the freezer for 2 hours and that's it.
