Em um bolo coloque todos os ingredientes menos o Fermento e misture até ficar bem homogêneo, coloque o fermento misturando levemente, leve ao forno pré aquecido em 180° por 30 minutos ou até está bem assado depende de cada forno, desenforme ainda quente e se possível mantenha a assadeira em cima do bolo isso fará com que ele fique fofo mais úmido.
Vc pode comer com e sem cobertura.
