Dark chocolate tablet1 unit(s)
Milk chocolate tablet1 unit(s)
Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
Whiskey1 tablespoon

Grate a part of the milk chocolate, enough to cover each portion of the mousse - set aside
Break the chocolate bars, place in a pan and melt in a bain-marie.
After the chocolate is completely melted add 1 box of cream and mix until well incorporated.
Add the whiskey and mix
Arrange the melted chocolate in individual containers and decorate with the zest on top.
Take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours, it can be made a day in advance too.
Before serving, remove from the fridge and leave at room temperature for 40 minutes.
