- Dark chocolate tablet1 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate tablet1 unit(s)
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Whiskey1 tablespoon
- Grate a part of the milk chocolate, enough to cover each portion of the mousse - set aside
- Break the chocolate bars, place in a pan and melt in a bain-marie.
- After the chocolate is completely melted add 1 box of cream and mix until well incorporated.
- Add the whiskey and mix
- Arrange the melted chocolate in individual containers and decorate with the zest on top.
- Take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours, it can be made a day in advance too.
- Before serving, remove from the fridge and leave at room temperature for 40 minutes.
