- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Ready-made dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Milk or semisweet chocolate for garnish to taste
- In a pan, boil the water and add the margarine and stir until it melts.
- Add the wheat flour all at once and stir quickly until it forms a smooth ball that releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer this mass to a mixer and add the eggs one by one and beat until everything is homogenized, it will be a creamier mass.
- Put this dough in a pastry sleeve and in a form, covered with butter paper, make the Carolinas formats.
- Take to bake until golden, this will take about 15 minutes.
- Once ready, cut the Carolinas in half and fill them with the dulce de leche, and if you want, cover with melted chocolate.
