  • Eggs6 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • White Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 l
  • Sugar (Slurry)2 cup
  • Water (Slurry)1/2 cup
  1. Place the buns in a bowl, add the milk and sugar, mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes, put all the mixture in the blender and add the eggs, beat for 2 minutes and set aside.
  3. Place the blender mixture in a caramelized shape and bake in a bain-marie, covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour at 200°C.
  4. Do the toothpick test to see if the pudding is ready.
  5. SYRUP: Place the sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat until it turns into a caramel.
  6. Then add the water and stir until the caramel lumps dissolve.
  7. Let it thicken for about 5 minutes on low heat.
  8. Let the syrup cool a little, and put it in a shape with a central hole, at the bottom of the shape.
