- Milk powder1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs and sugar, mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients one by one, finally the baking powder.
- Place on a greased and floured baking sheet, bake for 35 minutes at 180°C. until golden
- Remove from the oven and unmold from the warm.
