- Roof 1- Put the three quarters of a cup of sugar to melt in a pan. 2- After the sugar is melted, add half a cup of hot water and wait for the sugar to dissolve. 3-Let it thicken a little and after it turns into a syrup, pour it into the already greased shape.
- DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD 1- Beat the eggs, oil and sugar in a blender. 2- Then add the milk and continue beating. 3- Gradually add the wheat flour. 4-Lastly, add the yeast, beating slightly quickly. 5. Book. 6. Grease a medium baking tin, without a central hole, with margarine and flour. 7. Pour the caramel and, on top of it, the bananas cut lengthways. 8. Finally, pour the cake batter and bake. 9. Bake in a medium oven, preheated, for about 40 minutes, or until golden. 10. Serve next.
