- Sugar1/2 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Apple flavored biscuit (preferably)200 g
- Margarine100 g
- Grind the cookies in the blender pulse mode until just crumbs.
- Add the cookie crumbs with the melted margarine and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, lining the bottom and sides. Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
- In a pan, place the chopped apples, sugar and brown sugar. Stir until it has a caramelized and dense texture.
- When you take the pie out of the oven, just put the mixture on top and it's ready.
