- Ingredients: 2 cans of green corn 1 can of condensed milk 1 small bottle of coconut milk 3 whole eggs 1 cup milk tea 1 cup of sugar tea (for syrup)

Easy and tasty corn pudding



- Modo de preparo:
Escorra o milho verde em uma peneira. Depois bata no liquidificador com o leite líquido, passe numa peneira fina para retira só o creme do milho em seguida pegue o creme do milho e coloque no liquidificador junto com o leite de coco, o leite condensado, os 3 ovos reserve.

- Calda:
Coloque o açúcar em uma panela com 1/2 xícara de água leve ao fogo até formar uma calda caramelizada coloque a mistura do liquidificador.

Leve ao forno pre aquecido a 180c em banho-maria por 40 minutos ou leve ao forno por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

- Obs: para saber se esta no ponto certo, coloque um palito no pudim e sair limpo, e que já esta totalmente assado. Deixe esfriar para depois desenformar.



- Preparation mode:
Drain the corn in a sieve. Then hit the blender with the liquid milk, pass through a fine sieve to remove only the cream from the corn then take the cream from the corn and put it in the blender along with the coconut milk, the condensed milk, the 3 eggs set aside.

- Syrup:
Place the sugar in a pan with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil until a caramelized syrup forms.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180c in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.

- Note: to know if it's at the right point, put a toothpick in the pudding and come out clean, and that it's already fully baked. Let cool and then unmold.
