- Sifted Wheat Flour160 g
- Hot milk2/3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- With a whisk, beat 3 eggs for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and beat for another minute.
- Add the oil and a pinch of salt
- Then add the sifted wheat flour, hot milk and baking powder.
- Grease a mold well with butter and sprinkle with flour and add the dough.
- Take it to the medium oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes and or until it looks like the one in the photo.
