  • Condensed milk790 g
  • Cornstarch2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla1 tablespoon
  • Egg yolk3 unit(s)
  • Milk240 ml
  • Heavy cream400 g
  • Dark chocolate200 g
  • Chestnuts or walnuts to taste
  • Melted chocolate200 g
  1. In a pan, add the condensed milk, cornstarch and mix well, until the starch dissolves completely.
  2. Add the sifted egg yolks, vanilla essence and milk. I turned it on to medium heat and stir until it thickens.
  3. Then add the Heavy cream and mix well.
  4. Now divide the cream into three equal parts.
  5. Add 100g of semi-sweet chocolate to two parts of the cream and mix well.
  6. In a dish, add the chocolate cream and spread well. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  7. Then, add the white cream and refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
  8. Now, add the other part of the chocolate cream and spread. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  9. Finish with chopped chestnuts or walnuts and melted semi-sweet chocolate.
  10. Take it back to the fridge for another 2 hours.
