- Milk500 ml
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk powder5 tablespoon
- White chocolate120 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Maizena-style wafer to taste
- Chocolate sprinkles to taste
- Strawberries to taste
- Dark chocolate120 g
- Put the condensed milk in the pan and dilute the cornstarch.
- Add the powdered milk, stir well and bring to the fire, stirring constantly. When it's creamy, add the white chocolate. Turn off the heat and add the cream.
- Pour the cream into a bowl and cover with PVC plastic film leaving it in contact with the cream. Take it to freeze.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate and microwave every 30 seconds until melted. Add the cream and mix well. Reserve.
- On a platter, make layers of white chocolate cream and cornstarch-like cookies.
- The last layer should be cream. Cover with the cold ganache.
- Finish with chocolate sprinkles and strawberries. Serve cold.
