- Water150 ml
- Sugar150 ml
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer, except the yeast. Mix for 5 minutes.
- Add the yeast, mix with a spatula.
- Grease a mold with margarine and flour.
- Pour the mixture. Place in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes on average. Do the toothpick test to be sure.
