  • Water5 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat flour6 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Ready-to-eat dulce de leche to taste
  • Refined sugar to taste
  1. In a mixer, beat the eggs with the water until doubled in volume. Whisking constantly, gradually add the sugar and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Turn off the mixer and sift the wheat flour and baking powder, mixing lightly.
  3. Pour into a rectangular baking dish (31 cm x 42 cm) lined with parchment paper, and bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for approximately 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and turn out while still hot on a parchment paper sprinkled with sugar.
  5. Transfer the dulce de leche to a container and mix until smooth.
  6. Spread the dulce de leche over the dough, roll it up and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
