- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Wheat flour31/2 cup
- warm milk1/2 cup
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Condensed milk2 tablespoon
- grated coconut1 tablespoon
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl except the milk, as this will gradually thin to give the kneading point (instead of flour, what will make the dough is the milk). Knead for 10 minutes on average
- Cover and let rise for 3 hours or until doubled in size.
- Return the dough to the floured worktop and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Pass the dulce de leche and roll the dough
- Let rise for another 30 minutes
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Pass the condensed milk and sprinkle the coconut on top
